Ingredients
350F, 9x13" parchment bottom

(42g cornstarch) substitute
(303g all-purpose flour) substitute
1) 1 ½ cup (278g) granulated sugar
1) 1 tsp. (4g) baking powder
1) ½ tsp.(3g) baking soda
1) ½ tsp. (4g) salt
2) 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, cubed room temp
2) ½ cup (113g) whole milk, room temp
2) 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
3) ½ cup (113g) whole milk, room temp
3) 1/3 cup (76g) sour cream
3) 3 large eggs

In a mixing bowl, sift (1), add (2) and stir for 1 minute.

In a bowl combine (3) and slightly beat with fork. Add this mixture in 3 portions at 15 seconds interval. Do not overmix.

Spread batter onton 9x13" pan

Bake at 350F for 32-35 minutes. (Check doness at 28min)
