244g shredded coconut juice drained (from 454g frozen)
1 can (400mL) coconut milk
½ cup (80g) brown sugar
12 banana leaf

In a bowl, mix all ingredients excluding the banana leaf. Weight of batter 1087g ÷ 12 = 90g

Roll into the banana leaf. Bake at 350F for 20min or cook over charcoal.
