Ingredients

1) 25 lb tomatoes, quartered
2) 4 large peppers, seeded
2) 4 large onions, wedges
3) 2 cans (12oz each) tomato paste
3) 2/3 cup sugar
3) ¼ cup salt
3) 8 garlic cloves, minced
3) 4 tsp. dried oregano
3) 2 tsp. dried parsely flakes
3) 2 tsp. dried basil
3) 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
3) 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
3) 2 bay leaves

Par boil (1) remove skin and seed.

Food processor (2) then transfer to stock pot and add (3) and (1). Simmer on low heat 4-5 hours.

Process into jars, add 2 tbsp. lemon to each 1L.

Boil jars covered completely with water for 40 minutes.
