Ingredients
makes 2 cups
1) 1 lb (10oz) tomatoes, quartered
2) 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
2) ¼ cup all-purpose flour
2) ½ cup vegetable stock
3) 1 carrot, diced
3) 1 onion, diced
3) 1 sprig parsely
3) 1 sprig thyme
3) 1 bay leaf
3) salt & pepper
4) 2 tbsp. unsalted butter

Cook (1) in pan 5min.

Make roux (2) then add tomato(1), herbs (3). Simmer 30minutes.

Stir in butter (4)
