Ingredients
400F,
1) 87g all-purpose flour
1) some lemon zest
1) 0.9g salt
1) 1.7g baking powder
1) 0.8g baking soda
1) 27g granulated sugar
2) 33g unsalted butter
3) 80g sourdough starter discard
3) 22g whole milk
4) 88g frozen berries
Lemon Glaze:
5) 8g lemon juice
5) 35g icing sugar

In a bowl combine (3) and set aside.

In a mixing bowl combine (1) and mix, cut (2) into flour. Add (3), do not over worked it and fold in (4)

Divide into 2 and Press into 4" pan with parchment paper. Cut into quarters

Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Put a sheet pan under the rack below it.

Drizzle glaze when cool.

1) ½ tsp. (3g) salt
1) 1 ½ tsp. (6g) baking powder
1) ½ tsp. (2.8g) baking soda
1) ½ cup (93g) granulated sugar
2) ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter
3) 275g sourdough starter discard
3) 1/3 cup (75g) whole milk
4) 2 cup frozen berries
Lemon Glaze:
5) ¼ ⅛ (28g) lemon juice
5) 1 cup (120g) icing sugar

In a bowl combine (3) and set aside.

In a mixing bowl combine (1) and mix, cut (2) into flour. Add (3), do not over worked it and fold in (4)

Press into 8" pan with parchment paper. Cut into 8.

Bake at 400F for 25 minutes. Put a sheet pan under the rack below it.

Drizzle glaze when cool.
