9x13 tray with parchment or buttered
1) 10 tbsp. (142g) unsalted butter
1) 16 cups (680g) marshmallows
1) ½ tsp. kosher salt
2) 19 cups (476g) rice krispies cereal
3) 4 cups (170g) miniature marshmallows

In a stockpot combine (1) and heat over low heat until melted.

In a large bowl measure rice krispies (2)and make a well.

Pour (1) into (2), fold immediately then add (3) and mix.

Pour rice krispies into 9x13 tray and press it down. Let it cool and cut into desired size.
