Ingredients
9x13 inch pan lined with parchment
1) ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter
1) ½ cup (152g) corn syrup
1) 1 cup (160g) brown sugar
1) 2 tbsp. (12g) cocoa powder
2) 8 cups (144g) puff wheat

In a stockpot combine (1) and heat over low heat until melted.

Heat for 4 minutes.

Pour (1) into (2), fold immediately.

Pour puff wheat into 9x13 tray and press it down. Let it cool and cut into desired size.

1) 269g corn syrup
1) 283g brown sugar
1) 21g cocoa powder
2) 400g puffed wheat

In a stockpot combine (1) and heat over low heat until melted.

Heat for 4 minutes.

Pour (1) into (2), fold immediately.

Pour puff wheat into 9x13 and 9x9 tray and press it down. Let it cool and cut into desired size.

1) 117g corn syrup
1) 123g brown sugar
1) 9g cocoa powder
2) 111g puffed wheat

In a stockpot combine (1) and heat over low heat until melted.

Heat for 4 minutes.

Pour (1) into (2), fold immediately.

Pour puff wheat into 9x13 and 9x9 tray and press it down. Let it cool and cut into desired size.
