1) 2 tsp. (10g) sugar
1) ↓1 ¾ cup (163g) water, 115F
2) 2¼ tsp. dry active yeast
3) 2 cup (280g) all-purpose flour
3) 1 tsp. salt
3) 2 tbsp. (26g) olive oil
4) 82g pizza sauce
5) 117g marbled cheese

In a bowl combine (1). Microwave as needed until temp reaches 115F then add (2) stir to dissolve and set aside for 10 minutes.

In a mixing bowl combine (3) then add yeast mixture (1). Knead for 8 minutes.

Weight of dough 482g. Transfer into oiled bowl and cover with saran wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour.

Weigh 50-53g of dough, roll to 15" long then shape into pretzel and let it rise again for 30 minutes.

Brush with pizza sauce and topped with 13g cheese.

Bake at 350F for 17 minutes.

This one is better tasting bought from independent grocer. $2.99 A can is more than enough for 4 recipes of the pizza pretzel, which is the maximum that the kitchen aid can handle.
