Ingredients
450F 15min, 350F
1) 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
2) ½ tsp. red food coloring
2) 2 tbsp. water
3) 1 tbsp. (17g) fish sauce
3) 1 tbsp. (17g) soy sauce
3) 2 tbsp. (42g) hoisin sauce
3) 1 tbsp. (17g) dry sherry
3) 1 tbsp. (11g) brown sugar
3) 3 (16g) cloves garlic, minced
3) 1 tbsp. fresh gingeroot, minced
3) 1 tsp. (2g) five-spice powder
3) 1 tbsp. sesame oil

Rub pork with (2), then marinate in (3) for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Bake at 450F for 15 minutes then reduce to 350F cook till internal temp 160-170F. Rest for 15 minutes before cutting.

Bring leftover marinate to a boil 3-5 minutes, add a little water if it becomes too thick; set aside.
