2 tsp. (12g) salt
3 tsp. (9g) white pepper
4 tbsp. (40g) pork stock powder
5 eggs

Combine all ingredients and roll a portion in beancurd sheet.

Fry in 350F oil.

7g all-purpose flour
0.88g five-spice powder
1.32g salt
1g white pepper
4.4g chicken stock powder
1 egg

Combine all ingredients and roll a portion (49g) in beancurd sheet.

Fry in 350F oil.
