2 ¼ cup (270g) all-purpose flour
½ tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. (13g) canola oil
153g water

In a mixing bowl with dough hook, mix all ingredients until it comes together.

Divide dough into 4 and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 500F with pizza stone

Take dough and slowly process through pasta maker repeatedly until minimum thickness is achieved.

Prick the flatten dough with fork and bake on the pizza stone 2 minutes each side.

Turn oven off and return the crackers into the oven for 5 minutes to dry it out more like a crisp cracker.
