Ingredients
1) ½ lb (227g) beef tenderloin, strips
1) 2 tsp. soy sauce
1) 1 garlic clove, minsed
1) ¼ tsp. black pepper
1) 1 tsp. brown sugar
1) 2 tsp. seasame oil

Marinate meat (1) and set aside.

Rice:

Cook 2 cups of rice. Into cooked rice add ½ tsp. salt and 2 tsp. sesame oil. Cool, cover and set aside.

Spinach:

Blanch a bundle of spinach then add 2 minced garlic cloves, ½ tsp. salt and 2 tsp. sesame oil. Mix well and set aside.

Carrots:

2 carrots cut into matchsticks then mixed with ¼ tsp. salt. Let it sweat for 5-10 min. Discard the liquid and saute carrots for 1 min with a little oil and set aside.

Eggs:

scrabble 3 eggs with ⅛ tsp. salt. Cook like a crepe and cut into ½" strips.
