Ingredients
1) 1 lb. (454g) chinese eggplant
2) 3 cloves of garlic
2) 2 green onions
2) 1 tbsp. (15g) soy sauce
2) 1 tsp. (6g) fish sauce
2) 1 tsp. (2g) hot pepper flakes
2) 2 tsp. (7g) sesame oil

Cut eggplant to 2" length and into half. Steam for 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl combine (2). Tare cooked eggplant into sauce.
