1) 1 tbsp. (13g) granulated sugar
1) ½ cup (117g) milk 1%
1) ¾ cup (167g) hot water

3) 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3) 2 tbsp. (26g) granulated sugar
4) ½ (70g) all-purpose flour
4) ¾ cup (218g) raisin
5) 2 tbsp. (28g) unsalted butter, room temp
6) ½ cup (70g) + 7g all-purpose flour

In a bowl combine (1) and microwave as needed until 115F then add in the yeast (2) stir to dissolve and let is sit for 10 minutes.

In mixing bowl with paddle attachment combine (3) then add in (1) stir, add in butter (5), then (4). Switch to dough hook and then gradually add in (6). Knead for 10 minutes.

Transfer dough into oiled bowl and cover with saran wrap and let it rise for an hour until double in size. Punch dough down and shape into loaf and place in a loaf pan, cover with saran wrap and let it rise again for 30min.

Bake at 350f for 30 minutes.
