Ingredients
2 chicken quarters
5 garlic cloves
1 ½ tbsp. (22g) soy sauce
½ tbsp. (10g) oyster sauce
1 tbsp. (20g) honey
1 tsp. (4g) sesame oil
3 dashes white pepper

Ingredients
454g chicken breast
¼ cup (64g) soy sauce
¼cup (56g) water
¼ cup (40g) brown sugar
¾ tsp. (4g) worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
pinch ground ginger powder

Cut chicken in half.

Marinate chicken overnight.

Remove chicken from marinade and drizzle some oil.

Cook on BBQ grill over high heat covered 4min each side. At 2min rotate the chicken slightly to make 'X' grill mark on the chicken.

Ingredients
4 lbs (1816g) chicken breast or thighs
1) ¼ cup (64g) soy sauce
1) ¼ cup (40g) brown sugar
1) 2 tbsp. (40g) dijon mustard
1) 2 tsp. garlic powder
1) 2 tsp. salt
1) 1 tsp. black pepper
2) ¼ cup brown rice vinegar
2) ¼ cup (44g) canola oil
2) 1 tbsp. (16g) lemon juice (optional)

4 chicken breast 660g, made a quarter of the marinade.

Marinade chicken in (1) overnight.

Add (2) and let it sit for 30min at room temp.

Cook on BBQ grill over high heat covered 4min each side. At 2min rotate the chicken slightly to make 'X' grill mark on the chicken.
