2 tbsp. canola oil
1 lb. ground chicken breast
1 small onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
½ lb. green beans
½ lb. broccoli crowns
½ lb. cabbage, thinly sliced
½ lb. shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sriracha sauce
1 tbsp. cooking wine
3 green onion, chopped

pre-cook the green beans, broccoli, cabbage and mushroom in boiling water. Maybe 3-5min.

1 tbsp. oil + chicken, cook then set aside.

1 tbsp. oil + onion, cook until translucent, add garlic and ginger cook ~1min then add all the vegetables, chicken, and sauces.

Cook for 2-3 minutes.
