1) 1 tbsp. (20g) oyster sauce
1) 2 tbsp. (40g) honey
1) 2 tsp. (8g) sesame oil
50g dried lily, rehydrated and tied
2) ½ cup water

Marinate chicken in (1) overnight.

Discard the garlic and put chicken and marinate into pressure cooker. Add daylily and water.

Pressure cook for 20 minutes.

Debone chicken.
