1) 2-3 lbs. pork shoulder blade roast
2) ½ tsp. red food coloring
2) 2 tbsp. water
3) 1 tsp. garlic powder
3) 2 tbsp. (20g) brown sugar
3) 2 tbsp. (40g) oyster sauce
3) 2 tbsp. (32g) soy sauce
3) 1 tbsp. (21g) hoisin sauce
3) 1 tbsp. (14g) shaoxing wine
3) 2 tbsp. (32g) rice wine
3) 1 tsp. (2g) five-spice powder

Poke the pork with fork then rub pork with (2), then marinate in (3) for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Bake at 425F for 45min turning every 15min. Brush meat with honey syrup water and broil on high heat 5min each side repeat until you are happy with the color.
