350F, 9x13 lined with parchment or banana leaf
2 x 454g frozen grated cassava, thawed drained
2 large egg, beaten
1 cup (185g) sugar
1 can (400mL) coconut milk
2 tbsp. (28g) melted butter
2 tsp. tapioca flour
2 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. salt

Mix everything together . Line 9x13 pan with banana leaf and brush with oil. Pour mixture (1485g) into pan.

Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
