1) 240g all-purpose flour
1) 1 ½ tsp. (8g) baking powder
1) ½ tsp. (3g) salt
2) ¾ cup (170g) margarine, room temp
2) 1 ½ cup (278g) granulated sugar
3) 250g cream cheese
4) 2 tsp. (8g) vanilla extract
5) 4 large eggs

In a bowl combine (1) set aside.

In mixing bowl cream (2) then add (3), beat for 3 min. Add (4) then (5) one at a time. (one minute each egg)

Fold in dry ingredients (1). Pour batter (1139g) into loaf pan lined with parchement.

Bake at 325F for 1 hour.

350F, special pan 10x7" or 9x9", parchment bottom
357g salted butter
286g 278g granulated sugar
7 large eggs
1) 329g all-purpose flour
1) 3g baking powder
72g whole milk
3g vanilla extract

Use hand beater. Cream butter till smooth, add sugar, beat till smooth 8 minutes. Add eggs one at a time.

Stir in (1) sifted, beat after each addition. Add milk and vanilla.

Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes.
