Ingredients
350F, 12 cupcake or 9x13-inch pan, butter and dust with cocoa
1) 1 cup (5oz) all-purpose flour
1) 1 tsp. baking powder
1) ¼ tsp. espresso powder (did not add)
2) 1 lb. 70% chocolate, chopped
2) 2½ cup sugar (17.35 oz, 492 g)
2) ¾ cup (6oz) unsalted butter
2) 1 tsp. vanilla extract
2) ½ tsp. salt
3) 5 large eggs, warmed 80-90F water bath
4) 1 cup (3.5oz) walnut halves (optional)

Combine (1) set aside.

Saucepan (2) until melted. Transfer to bowl. Add eggs (3) one at a time. Fold in dry ingredients (1) in three addition. Very liquid.

Pour into pans. Bake at 350F

◊ 9x13-inch pan, 40-45minutes.
