350F, 10-cup fluted metal tube pan, greased
1) 3 cup (12oz) cake flour
1) 1 tsp. baking powder
1) ½ tsp. baking soda
1) 1 tsp. salt
2) 1 cup (8oz) unsalted butter
2) 1½(10.5oz) sugar
2) ½ cup (3.75oz) firmly packed brown sugar
3) 4 eggs, room temp
4) ¼ cup bourbon
4) 1 cup buttermilk, room temp

Combine (1) sift and set aside.

Combine (4) in a measuring cup and set aside.

Cream (2), then add eggs (3) one at a time. Fold dry ingredients (1) in three additions alternating with (4) end with flour.

Pour into pan. Bake at 350F for 40-45minutes.

Leave cake in pan, poke holes all over the top. Pour ¾ of glaze over the cake. Cool 30min. Brush with remaning glaze (re-heat if needed)

5) 6 tbsp. (3oz) unsalted butter
5) ¾ cup (5.25oz) sugar
5) ¼ cup bourbon

Saucepan (5) low heat, whisk until sugar dissolves.
