Ingredients
1) 1 kg pork shoulder
2) 20 bamboo skewers
3) 1 cup soy sauce
3) 1 head garlic
3) 1 onion
3) ¼ cup lemon juice or calamansi juice
3) ½ cup sprite, 7up, or beer
3) 1 tsp ground black pepper
3) 3 tbsp brown sugar
3) ½ cup ketchup

Cut pork meat into thin and long slices ¼ inches thick and less than 2 inches wide.

Combine (3). Marinate pork in this mixture for at least 30minutes or overnight.

String the pork on the skewers. (1 hour)

Cook over live charcoals.
