Ingredients
350F, 9x9 inch pan bottom lined parchment paper
1) 143g margarine
1) 203g brown sugar
2) 2x1.27 large eggs, beaten
2) 2 tsp. vanilla extract
3) 5 very ripe banana, mashed some chunky
4) 289g all-purpose flour
4) 6g baking soda
4) ½+⅛ tsp. salt
5) 73g pecans, chopped (optional)

In a bowl combine (4) and set aside.

In a mixing bowl cream (1) then add (2) and (3) mix until combined. Add in (4) and beat until combined. Add (5) if using.

Pour batter into 9x9" pan.

Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes.

1) 113g salted butter, melted cooled
1) 1 ½ cup (160g) brown sugar
2) 2 large eggs, beaten
2) 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
3) 4-5 very ripe banana, mashed some chunky
4) 1 ¾ cup (228g) all-purpose flour
4) 1 tsp. (5g) baking soda
4) ½ tsp. salt
5) ½ cup (58g) pecans, chopped (optional)
6) 1-2 tbsp. granulated sugar, topping

In a bowl combine (4) and set aside.

In a mixing bowl cream (1) then add (2) and (3) mix until combined. Add in (4) and beat until combined. Add (5) if using.

Pour batter into 8x8" pan. Sprinkle with (6) on top.

Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes.
