Ingredients

1) 1 cup (120g) large flake oats
1) ¾ cup (75g) sweetened coconut flakes
1) 1 cup (198g) raw sugar
1) 1 cup (140g) all-purpose flour
2) 125g unsalted butter
2) 2 tbsp. (42g) golden corn syrup
3) 3 tbsp. (42g) hot water
3) ½ tsp. (3g) baking soda

In a mixing bowl combine (1) set aside.

In a saucepan heat (2) until melted then add (3).

Add liquid mixture to (1).

Weight of dough 730g ÷ 24 = 30g

Bake at 355F for 15 minutes.
