350F, 10" tube pan
1) 430g Angel Food cake mix , Betty Crocker
1) 1 1/3 cup (300g) water, room temp
2) 99g butterscotch instant pudding
2) 3 cups (630g) whipping cream

In a bowl, combine (1) beat on low for 30 seconds,then at medium speed for 1 minute.

Pour mixture into ungreased pan. Spread evenly.

Bake at 350F for 37 minutes. Cool in pan inverted.


Whip (2) and use for cake.

Cake will need to be kept in the fridge covered.
